Job Role & Responsibilities
- Process: E-commerce Voice Support (Inbound)
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries effectively
- Work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Work Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 9-hour login (8 hours of work + 1-hour break)
