1. Junior Executive (Engineering)
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
Essential Work Experience (as on 01.09.2023):
- Minimum 5 years of continuous post-qualification relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role in the petroleum, oil & gas industry in India.
2. Associate Executive (Engineering)
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have passed B. Tech / B.E./ B. Sc (Engg) (4-year course) in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

- Minimum 3 years of continuous post-qualification relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role in the petroleum, oil & gas industry in India.
3. Junior Executive (Accounts)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (relaxed to 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories).
- Must have passed the CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate from CA/ CMA institute respectively.
Essential Work Experience (as on 01.09.2023):
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance function.
4. Junior Executive (Quality Assurance)
Educational Qualification:
- B. Sc (Chemistry) (3-year course), with specialization in Organic, Physical, Inorganic, or Analytical chemistry, from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above), relaxed to 55% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories.

- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience in Testing Laboratories, working for a Petroleum Oil & Gas organization or Stand-alone Petroleum Oil Refinery.

Educational Qualifications / Certifications:
- MBA (HR) /MA (PM&IR) / Post-Graduate Diploma in HR / PM&IR / MMS (HR/ Personnel)/ Masters in Labour Studies (2-year courses) with a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 60% for SC/ST/PWD categories.
